01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Pak71 website located at pak71.cam ("Platform", "Site", "we", "us", "our"). Pak71 is an English-language online sports betting and casino information platform built for Pakistani users. By accessing, browsing or using any part of this Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity ("User", "you", "your"). If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the Pak71 website, including all pages, content, tools, features and services accessible at pak71.cam and any associated subdomains.
• "User" / "you" means any individual who accesses, browses or registers an account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User upon completing the registration process.
• "Operator" means the licensed gambling operator to whose services Pak71 may provide navigation information or links. The Operator is a separate legal entity from Pak71.
• "Content" means all text, graphics, images, data, software, audio, video and other material published on or accessible through the Platform.
• "Bonus" / "Promotion" means any welcome bonus, reload bonus, free bet, free spin, cashback offer or other promotional incentive made available to Users subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond the reasonable control of Pak71, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, network failure or cyberattack.

03 Account Eligibility

To register an account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
2. You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
3. You must not be a resident of or physically located within a jurisdiction where access to online gambling platforms is prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion agreement or voluntary exclusion from any gambling platform or regulatory body.
5. You must not have had a previous Pak71 account suspended or terminated due to a violation of these Terms.
6. You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during the registration process. The provision of false, misleading or fraudulent information will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
7. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Pak71 does not knowingly permit minors to use the Platform. If you become aware that a minor is accessing the Platform using your account details, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] and take all necessary steps to prevent further unauthorised access.

04 Terms of Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Pak71 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Platform without Pak71's prior written consent.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
• Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications, spam or promotional materials through the Platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases or related systems.
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers or any other means to access, collect or harvest data from the Platform without prior written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.

Pak71 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension or discontinuation.

05 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your Pak71 account and update it regularly.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify Pak71 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Pak71 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account while it remains logged in will be deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have notified us promptly of a security breach.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the policies of the licensed Operator. The following general conditions apply:

• Deposits are processed in PKR where available. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the Operator and may change without prior notice.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. The Operator reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary depending on the selected payment method. Estimated timeframes are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
• Pak71 references familiar Pakistani payment options — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — for informational purposes only. These references do not constitute an endorsement of, affiliation with or support for gambling by those payment providers.
• Any funds derived from fraudulent, criminal or otherwise unlawful activity will be seized, and the relevant account will be suspended pending investigation and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities.
• Pak71 does not itself hold, process or transfer user funds. All financial processing is conducted by the licensed Operator under its own terms and applicable regulatory requirements.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, Pak71 and the Operator may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, deposit matches and other promotional incentives. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which must be read and accepted before participation.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registered Users only. One welcome bonus per person, household address, IP address and payment method.
• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time limit before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Minimum odds restrictions may apply to bets placed using bonus funds. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Pak71 and the Operator reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus terms through arbitrage, multi-accounting or coordinated wagering activity will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

08 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are governed by the rules of the licensed Operator. The following general principles apply:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the Operator explicitly provides a cash-out or edit-bet facility.
• In the event of a technical fault or manifest error affecting odds, the Operator reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds fluctuations. Bets will be accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation, not at the time of selection.
• Winnings are credited to your account in PKR at the applicable exchange rate where currency conversion is required.
• Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned or otherwise not completed in accordance with the rules of the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket, the International Cricket Council for ICC events), settlement rules will be applied in accordance with the Operator's stated policy for that event type.
• Maximum win limits per bet and per day may apply. Limits are set by the Operator and are subject to change.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to law enforcement:

• Using the Platform for any purpose that is illegal under applicable local, national or international law.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, claim additional bonuses or evade a self-exclusion.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Using software, algorithms or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.
• Uploading or transmitting any malware, viruses or other harmful code through the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other users, Pak71 staff or customer support agents.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals without first attempting to resolve the matter through Pak71's customer support process.

10 Intellectual Property

All Content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software, is the property of Pak71 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Pak71 name, logo and all related marks are trademarks of Pak71. You are not permitted to use these marks without prior written approval.

You may view and print pages from the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided that you retain all copyright and proprietary notices. Any other use — including reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication or display of Platform Content — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Pak71.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pak71, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its Content.
• Any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in Platform Content, including odds, bonus terms or game rules.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any service.
• The conduct of any third-party Operator or payment provider referenced on the Platform.

The Platform and all Content is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Pak71 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.

12 Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the licensed Operator is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Pakistani users are specifically advised that Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable statutes may affect your rights and obligations in relation to online gambling. Pak71 does not provide legal advice. If you are uncertain about your legal position, you should consult a qualified legal professional in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable mandatory law.

13 Amendments

Pak71 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the Platform or sending a notification to your registered email address. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of any such changes.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your account by contacting our support team.

14 Responsible Gambling

Pak71 is firmly committed to promoting safe, responsible gambling. We recognise that gambling can become a problem for some individuals, and we take our obligations in this area seriously. As part of our responsible gambling commitment, the following tools and resources are made available to Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of the time and amount spent gambling during your session.
